Typhoon Chaba heads for Japan
Chaba will strengthen as it approaches Japan
Typhoon Chaba, the 16th storm of the season, has formed in the northwestern Pacific and is heading towards Japan.
The storm will strengthen as it moves over the warm waters and is due to make landfall on Saturday between Kyoto and Tokyo.
