Residents rescued as flooding strikes north west England
Help There has been heavy rain in the north west of England, with parts of Merseyside and Lancashire reporting localised flooding.
In Seaforth, Merseyside, some local residents had to be evacuated to a nearby church after their homes were flooded, as Reverend Irene Whitaker explained.
