Letter carrier Steve Santana makes his rounds Feb. 11 in Abilene, Texas, wearing shorts and a light shirt while snow rolls off his pith helmet. "I'm just warmblooded; I'm never cold out here when it's weather like this," he said. Three inches of snow was recorded at Abilene Regional Airport.
