Busy time for tropical storms
It might have been a slow start to the hurricane season, but all that has changed with several tropical storms and hurricanes brewing around the world.
As hurricane Igor weakens on its passage into the cold waters of the North Atlantic, a new storm is forming off the coast of Africa. Tropical storm Lisa will be the twelfth named storm of the season.
Two storms are currently in the Pacific. Georgette threatens the Baja peninsula while tropical storm Malakas could hit Japan in the next few days.
With a few more months left to the hurricane season, it looks like we are in for a busy end to the season. Alex Deakin has the latest.
