Sea wall collapse floods homes in Sydney

NSW Fire Brigades says up to 30 units at the eastern end of Kurraba Point in Neutral Bay were evacuated about 1pm (AEDT) on Saturday following the emergency.
An exclusion zone was set up in the water adjacent to wall to prevent boat traffic from worsening the situation.
A fire brigades spokesman said water had made it into the foundation but an engineer associated with the body corporate had declared the buildings safe.
A structural engineer was expected on the scene to assess the situation.
